Bamboo Salt Intake Method

1. Put two or three solid bamboo salt tablets or 1/3 teaspoon of powder bamboo salt in your mouth and swallow gently once it has completely melted.
2. If it is difficult for you to eat it by melting in your mouth, you can dip it in ginger licorice tea and eat it.
3. It is better to steadily eat a little rather than eat a large amount at one time.
